Who is Mace Yampolsky

He is a member in good standing with the Nevada State Bar, California State Bar, Colorado State Bar, Washington DC bar and Massachusetts State Bar (inactive).
He holds the highest learning honors from Boston university, with a degree Economics and Political Science.
In addition to his law degree (Juris Doctor), he also has a Masters in Applied Psychology form the University of Santa Monica.
He has been helping people save their licensees and their freedom for over 20
years.
He is admitted to practice before both Nevada and the Federal Courts and is a member of the United States Supreme Court Bar.
He has won a case in front of the United States Supreme Court, Regins vs Nevada overturning a death penalty verdict.
He is the sole Nevada affiliate of DrunkDrivingDefense.com a national organization of legal experts dedicated to the defense of individuals accused of driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
He is a certified criminal trial advocate, certified by the National Board of Trial Advocacy (NBTA)-a national organization with stringent requirements for membership.
